What we teach
Classes
A handful of styles, taught slowly and well. Every class is open level unless it says otherwise.
Vinyasa and flow
Breath led movement that builds gently. Level 1 to 2 through the week, a lunch flow midday, and a slow flow on Saturday. With Dana.
Yin, nidra and restorative
Long held, quiet poses and guided rest. Evenings during the week. A soft counterweight to a busy day. With Dana.
Gentle hatha and chair yoga
Steady, accessible practice, plus chair yoga for seniors. Kind on the body and easy to follow. With Sam.
Mysore and ashtanga
Self paced mornings where you learn the ashtanga sequence one on one, at your own speed. With Priya.
