    A six week course with Sam that builds the basics slowly, in order. No experience needed.

    Just come in

    Book a class on Punchpass, arrive fifteen minutes early, and we will show you the rest.

Good to know

Before your first class

  • Arrive fifteen minutes early if you are new, so we can settle you in.
  • Wear something you can move in. That is all the kit you need.
  • Mats and props are here and free to borrow.
  • Bikes are welcome, there are racks right outside.
  • A community class runs on Saturday, pay what you can.
  • Stay for tea after class if you have a minute.
